I had posted about error code P1552 but no one seemed to know what it was. http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/360-430/450667-need-help-trouble-code-p1552.html Turns out it is the right bank VARIATOR SOLENOID. Apparently the connection sometimes works its way loose and throws the error code. It supposedly causes some mild loss of power, but I had not noticed any. Anyway, 2 hours labor to get to it and reconnect it.
I just got this code today.. was the part faulty or did it just need reconnected? I was Cleaning the engine the other day.. no pressure just by had so maybe I disconnected?? Weird
It was reconnected. It happened again after some time and the tech put some silicone sealer or caulk around it. So far so good. Sent from my Galaxy
Thank you for your post you just save me a trip to my mechanic I was able to fix it. I was detailing for the concourso and I must’ve pulled it
Had my 2007 430 shipped to Atlanta - it arrived with a P1552 code. The dealer's mechanic saw that the solenoid was disconnected (5 min of labor). Plugged in - all set.
