I think this is the one that's going to be based on the 4C platform and maybe enlarged a bit. I'm a bit confused as to whether or not Alfa is still coming out with an 8C but from some stuff I read that's no longer happening and it's being passed to Maserati.

So they are dropping the 2+2 market? So confused by the italian plans. Or lack thereof.

They'll be coming out with this, an Alfieri (I believe that's supposed to be at least a hybrid) and also a new GranTurismo.

FCA axed the 8C apparently but it would be good for this car to use the same V6TT engine block.

Alfieri is shelved, period. The M240 is a mid engine carbon fiber car car probably using a modified version of the Alfa TT V6 from the QV. It will be built in Modena, the M189 is the GranTurismo replacement to be built in Torino. Both will be capable of using hybrid or EV propulsion.

It's a bit confusing because they recently released the lineup for Alfa and Maserati and then changed it. It's a shame there's not enough demand for Alfa to have a nice sports car in there, as well.

Don’t worry it will change at least 3 more times before the M240 is available for sale

Who the hell knows, but I think we should get a few good ones out of this FCA plan, along with the usual SUV's and now Electric garbage.
