its a former rental car. The black one in Houston is much better and not far off if you talk to the agent. its very well maintained but no records. Really something for someone to use and not only collect it
Auction is over, but everyone stay away from this pile. Seller list it as “excellent” and talks about the prior owner being a Ferrari factory driver etc etc. Add says never been tracked. I bought the car, had it dropped for inspection and the attached 2 pics are just a few of the flaws of this “pristine condition” Scud. Missing visor, headliner folded up on pass seat (commonly removed for taller drivers helmet clearance), missing outside rear view mirror, scratched fender, skirt, bumper, all wheels curbed. I wanted this thing as a nice driver I wouldn’t feel bad putting miles on, this thing was sadly poorly taken care of and the total opposite of sellers description. Must admit hard to believe that a Scud owned by a 'Ferrari Racing Driver' has never been tracked. Hope you can bring it back to what it should be.
I see a lot of "sticky" on that dome light by the rear view mirror mount....probably sticky on the rest of the interior...
holy crap. I'm a big proponent of actually driving these cars, but not taking care of it and letting it get to that condition is not from driving it. Yikes.

1000 words not linkable to the particular car once ebay link stops working. With the VIN listed someone can find that post years down the road & see the pics of the damage. That yellow one was excellent looking in person— tranny issues, that two shops couldn’t quite pinpoint repeatedly. I wanted that one.

Red flags = Fleet car, aftermarket steel brakes, aftermarket engine bay panels mixed w challenge parts w hazing ontop of all that, leather looks to be spotty in areas, sticky interior everywhere...and that's just the visible stuff, who knows what else it needs mechanically speaking. --- It's going to need A LOT OF TLC to bring it back up to "excellence".

In Switzerland most of the cars for sale 3 years ago, are still for sale, sadly nobody wants one ! and I guess if one looks at the total collapse of Mclaren resale prices there is plenty of competition for less money
