Please, which s/n for this black 250 Ellena (or Boano...) seen at the Cavallino Classic 2008 ? Image Unavailable, Please Login
Help! my car is SN 0635GT (Boano 1956). I have been looking everywhere for a replacement of the quarterlight closing levers, with no luck. They are probably not proprietary and most likely, came from an Italian car of the '50s. Looked at all FIAT, Alfa, Lancia models with no luck! If anyone has a pair, please let me know, or if someone would be willing to make a mold for casting, I would gladly cover the cost! Obviously, the photo attached does not come from my car, which is missing both sides! Thanks. As a bonus, a picture of my car in 1963. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
correct - Boano is the car..... agree, those vent window parts are probably vintage 50"s - did you check Lancia mid 50's?
I've made small parts like that by sawing and filing down a block of brass. Will take a few hours, but by next friday you'll have them!
fyi, the ellena cars side windows do NOT have the vent window - only the boano cars of this style do that's a quick visual......love the boano look!
