    I thought the gearboxes were the same manual or F1. It's just different controls. Either the manual lever and controls or the F1 system.

    You are correct, exact same box. Different seals on the slave cylinder because of the difference between using brake fluid or hydraulic fluid to actuate. The bolt on shift controller in the picture is the manual one with the pivot pieces but you could bolt the F1 one on and be good to go in an F1 car. You do have to swap the lengths of some of the mounting studs be yes the transmission will 100% work in an F1 car too.

    Do you have the VIN of the car the part is from as well as the serial number of the trans? I'm trying to find serial 0154.

    Just to answer a few questions.

    Yes, I believe the basic gearbox is the same for manual / F1 - primarily just a different controller box.
    Usage is 41,000 miles.
    I'm based in the UK - price is £6000 (plus VAT if in Europe).
    Happy to arrange shipment to USA but obviously at extra cost.
