    Breakfast before heading to the airport was also an “empty the fridge” concoction:

    Smoked salmon toast with mozzarella and chives, and some scrambled eggs. Not bad.

    Being in the apart-hotel has meant little cooking...finally bought some eggs and made an omelet with cheddar and some chicken and chili powder. Not bad.

    yeah, they really have here in London too. I'm having them every morning with yogurt and they aren't even my favorite berry. Just had some a a few minutes ago and they were great.

    First breakfast at the new flat. Had some leftover spicy potatoes from the Lebanese place and fried a couple of eggs on top. Yummy!

    indeed. Ugh, that was a long crappy stay in a apart-hotel. First home cooked dinner is in the other thread.

    Got more "spicy Lebanese potatoes" at yet another nearby restaurant and had the leftovers with a couple of fried eggs the next morning. Yummy!

    Finished off the last of the bacon and my last of Ania's bagels with some eggs (that I cooked in a bit of the bacon fat, which gave them that brownish color). Not a very healthy way to start the day, so I'm done with bacon and eggs and bagels for a while!

    Christmas breakfast with my brother’s family and my mom...casserole of hash browns, eggs, ham, green onion and cheese, along with some bacon, english muffin and a bit of fruit. Yum!

    Get some seasoned tater tots, thaw them out and cook them in the waffle iron. Top them with a cajun remoulade sauce. When we had the food truck, we served them as a brunch item and sold out every time.
