    I had to ask because '89 was the year of the switch from the 328 to the 348, so there were '89s in both. So your trunk is in front, and you have no spare tire, right?

    Looking at Cody's BAT pics, front and rear trunks, and spare, even with the 348 layout.

    My 348 is front trunk only.

    Jim,

    I have a front trunk with a spare in it - although this limits the usable space to a small bag, if that, and a rear trunk behind the engine that's large enough for a golf bag with clubs as a visual reference. Of course with the rear seats folded down you quite a bit of room for more luggage.

    I'm surprised that you still have a rear trunk even with a longitudinal engine - none of the 2 seaters with the engine mounted that way have a rear trunk.
