    Chinese was good. The restaurant was packed. 2 1/2 hour wait for take out. We didn't have my Chinese SIL, so it was Americanized dishes. We just ordered the dinner for four.

    Tonight its prime rib at my parents.

    Prime filet and a few sides with the extended family for Christmas dinner. I think we are on bottle 6 of vino at the moment (Bordeaux and some Cali cab)...dessert soon...

    I have a meeting in central Washington State tomorrow. I'm going to head over after hotel check out at 11am today. Canada does Boxing Day, the restaurants, etc. will be a zoo. Its turned into a big sales day for retailers, the biggest sales day here. Stores blow out Christmas inventory. People camp out over night to be the first inside the store, its crazy. Heading to the states early avoids the zoo!

    I'm craving Mexican food. So tonight I'll get Mexican in central Washington. We employed a Mexican family, I still know them. Also be picking up my Christmas tamales. Can't wait!
