Thanks, Jason! It started life as a commercial diner door, then was repurposed as an interior door to a recording studio before gracing my cigar room and I knew it was the one as soon as I found it. It became the dominant architectural feature and everything else fell into place. It's super tight in its jamb with a weather seal and a hydraulic closer so maintaining negative pressure with the fan running is easy peasy.

That door actually works very well with the coffered ceilings, Venetian plaster, and sconces of your decor. I don't think you could have wished for any better.
