I recently stumbled across this image, showing 250 TRI sn 0792 TR at Nürburgring 1000 km in 1963.
I was surprised it wasn't red!

Any idea on how many 330 GTSs were delivered in yellow?

It was Giallo Fly for sure - should have been more specific. I remember Scott Isquick having one in same color but with red interior (yikes). I'm assuming paint was original since the car wasn't that old when we had it.

That's not nice - Are you saying Marcel is as incorrect in ways of Ferrari as Wikipedia is about lots of subjects??:D

Great shot Marcel. I remember seeing the Isquick car at Stan Hywet auto show in Akron many years ago.

Curious how many 330 GTSs were delivered in Giallo Fly? Should be pretty easy to pin down my dad's old car.

    Six.
But I do not show Dr. Raymond S. Boniface of Youngstown/OH to ever own a yellow 330 GTS or any 330 GTS at all.
I think this is a mix up with the white 275 GTS Spider #07805 which your father acquired from funeral director M. J. Suerth in May 1977.

It's definitely a 330 GTS, and not a 275 GTS, pictured in post 10929 above.

I can absolutely see that, BUT...…….
And it is red not yellow (on these photos).
    Something is not right.
Maybe that red 330 GTS in the pix was never registered in the name of Dr. B.?

Sorry, I thought you might have missed the post. I wasn't suggesting you didn't know the difference between a 330 and a 275 GTS, ha. Bob B does say his father had the car painted from yellow to red.

My father owned lots of Ferraris back in the 70s that he did not register. Hate to admit but he used to simply put a plate from another car on them and drive them. The red 330 GTS in the photo was definitely his - I know because that's me in the driver's seat ; ) He had a painter in Youngstown change color from yellow to red

He sold the car to Joe Marchetti if that's any help

    Hi Manfred,

    I found it on Pinterest.
But the link it referred to (seemed to a facebook-page) didn't work anymore:
