Agreed on Rudolph. Your pick of Coleman at RB, very inspired pick...T

Just as your pick with Rudolph, you have to make a reach at someone
you think may do well otherwise everyone will have the same lineup.

I am just pissed because i knew Tenn would beat Balt but didn't pick that way.

At the start of the game?
Now? I'm glad that's not our Boys. KC spotted then a quarter century, then proceeded to take them to the woodshed!

Yeah, it started out like yesterday's game and then turned into the Mahomes show!

for purposes of this FC contest, I was 7th...

The key to winning this is you pretty-much have to pick
nothing but players from game one that you think will be
    in the SB.

If you can find a guy or two that will have HUGE first games, but you get lucky
and guess they won't do anything in the next game AND their team will lose, you
drop them after the first game and find a new guy.
You need to be more lucky than good, like I said, my #1 team had all KC and SF players
from the git-go, and I was something like 4,000th overall.
    How?
My second receiver didn't do much, and Kittle didn't do a lot, so the 2x 3x and 4x points
were not so hot for those guys.

I'm not gonna lie, I still haven't figured out a good strategy for that playoff contest!

The guys who scored 1164 (the highest scores anybody got) started with all 49ers and Chiefs. I thought there may have been a way to use D. Henry the first week or 2 but that would have seriously hurt the 3x and 4x potential of Mostert and Williams. Mostert scoring 138 (46 x 3) in the third week meant that, even though he was worthless the first 2 weeks, without him you were screwed. Only Mahomes scored more points. 160 people started with all 49ers and Chiefs but used Deebo instead of Watkins and Chiefs defense instead of 49ers. They all tied for 10th place. A few people played Michael Thomas and then switched to Davante Adams for week 2 and 3 and still finished in the top 10 but otherwise it was all red.
The best in our league, JDDRE started all 49ers and Chiefs except for Thomas. He also used Kittle instead of Kelse, and Chiefs instead of 49ers D. He also replaced Thomas with Deebo and then replaced Deebo with Bourne for week 3 and 4. His final rank was 6698, 233 points below first place. There will always be someone who picks the perfect team, so you have to commit to your Superbowl pairing and go all in, and still you need to pick the right guys from those teams.

Great post. Now this I understand!

I am then being too literal in the wild card weekend, and avoiding those with a bye.
Next year, pick my SB champs and then work my way backwards. Now, just 340 or so days to remember that!

Btw, if max was 1164 & F-chat winner had 973. That's pretty righteous picking.
