Dave, I am guessing some sort of meditation to calm the nerves will be necessary.. not done it myself but would be interested to see good photos of a successful installation stage by stage... Kevin

Having witnessed the rear screen going in on my car i can confirm its a nerve racking expereience, i didnt think glass could bend that much and when it was being prepared i did comment to the guy "are you sure thats my screen" because it didnt look like it would fit in the hole.

15 mins later it was in and complete. Easier with the lids off.

The other thing I noticed was that the rear bulkhead internal capping has the body number stamped roughly in the middle as expected.

The rear bulkhead has the body number in crayon as expected.

Does anyone agree that there is also a "2" underlined. What does that mean ? Anyone seen it before ?

    Mark, very interesting.....
    E-series body no. 2 wasn`t allocated to any E-series...
likely your chassis was an E-series prototype chassis with no records and later allocated to chassis no.: #02732, new body no. added

    Dear Matthias

    That is indeed interesting.

Any thoughts as to whether or not there might be another "2" written somewhere else ? Floor perhaps.
