Does anyone here have experience with, or is able to recommend a seller of refurbished iPhones? I’m thinking of switching from android to iOS but don’t want to spend on a new iPhone, nor am I interested in the large devices they sell now. Specifically i’m looking at refurbished iPhone SEs. I’ve checked about a dozen resellers on line including Amazon, but I have no idea of their reputations. Apple does not sell refurbished SEs. There are some sellers on eBay who claim to be sellers of “new” iPhone SEs, which seems far fetched as they’ve been out of production for a few years.

    Thanks for your assistance.

They actually did continue to make them. They had better CPU’s And made them up to last year if memory serves.

Could very well be. So do you think the eBay sellers could actually have new ones? Were there differences between the US market phones and ROW?

    Thanks, Mark.

Is there an Experimac in your area? They handle all things Apple. A lot more pleasing to deal with than an Apple store and they have a good reputation.

Amazon only has refurbished devices, but I know I can always return it without hassle.

Their nearest shop is about a three hour round trip for me and their web site didn’t inspire me to do that, so I’m still looking.

I really want a minimalist phone...in both size and function...and a refurbed SE seems the best compromise, but if anybody has alternative suggestions i’m certainly open to them.

Yes, but every time some new rumor comes out about it the damn thing gets bigger. I want a small phone, not a giant screen that doesn’t fit my pocket.

Did you ever replace your Windows phone? The new Palm phone is interesting to me as I prefer a minimalist phone.

Still using my Windows Phone, and my back-up, an Essential PH-1, which just received its last bit of support (they refocused their business, but it's Android).

Thanks for the tip on the Palm, I'm very interested in minimalist as well.
