777X First Flight today

Looks like the landing gear is long enough, at least.

 

Here's the whole story. Note that the wings are pretty much kept folded the whole time the aircraft is on the ground; they actually resemble winglets in that position.

Also, while the aircraft model is shown as "777X" in several places, the large "9" on the fin belies the eventual designation.

 

I will guarantee that the airplane will not follow the flight path of anything but the 777X.

 

Ge-9x are absolutely gorgeous.

That's crazy. This derivative is taking twice as long as the original.

 

Allan Mulally was/ is an original. The kite factory was a different company then.
