430 Spider Top - Elastic Strap Issue

    I have a 430 spider. The top won't go into the boot and from what I surmise it is because the elastic bands have stretched out in the top.

    From what I have read it appears that it may be possible to have the elastic bands replaced without taking the top completely apart.

    Does anyone know of anyone who can do this work for me in the New Jersey tri-state area? Obviously I want someone who has experience with this and who can do a clean job.

    I suggest contacting J. Scuderia Automotive. (973) 957-0111 18 Haypress Rd., Ste 415, Cranbury, NJ 08512. Fonzie is a factory trained master tech with 20+ years experience with these beasts. He's quite familiar with the tops of the 360/430 series.
