CPO v. "After Market" Warranty

Hello!
Looking for some advice-
The CPO warranty on my 2013 458 Spider expired in November- figure the vehicle is being driven less than 1000/ year.
I have been debating extending the CPO warranty OR purchasing an "after market" extended warranty- OR no warranty.


For CPO:
I was quoted $5900 from one dealer and $4500 from another + inspection ($700). As it was explained to me, is basically a power-train warranty( I do not recall Ferrari's "technical name"... something cube?!?). * needs to be renewed annually.

After Market:
Reading through some of the forums here, I came across a company called LaSalle. One member said he had a great experience with them.
Has anyone else heard of them ? any experiences ?

Are there any other companies that come highly recommended?



No Warranty:
If Im driving 1000 or less/ year, do I just skip the warranty all together ?
