    Hello,
I’m trying to find an adapter that plugs into my iPod connector in my glove box of my F430 that can play music through Bluetooth on my iPhoneX. Does anyone have any recommendations on the adapter you can buy? Let me know and thanks for the help.

Have bought several off amazon. It’s hit or miss. They are 15-30 each. Last one working so far is

Bluetooth Receiver, SonRu 3.5mm Aux Wireless Audio Adapter Portable Hands-Free Car Kits fo... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B075WSFTTV/ref=cm_sw_r_tai_MBAuAb78S5XAY

They all work for a while. Haven’t had luck for more than six months no matter the price point. I have one in my Cali one in 430. good luck.

Appreciate it, but not looking for that type of Bluetooth. Looking for the adapter lighting pin style that plugs into glovebox.

You can use a 3.5mm to lighten adapter patch cord ..about 7 dollars and
then use any of the Bluetooth devices like above

Becker auto sound has a module. you have to unplug the existing cable in the back of the radio and plug this in. simple enough.

I have a small module that was recommended here on f-chat called Aluratek. it was cheap and it has worked flawlessly for 2 years. it plugs into the existing 30 pin apple connector in the glovebox. you just have to remember to disconnect when not in use.

Is this a late model F430 option or all factory radios 2005-2009 have the 30pin connector? I have the navi unit with CD changer, but would love to get this to work.

The iPod cable was an option at purchase. If you have the CD changer and want the Bluetooth device to stream music, you have to unplug the CD changer cable and replace it with the Bluetooth cable and connect switched power to it It’s either/or, CD or Bluetooth
You would need the Becker radio keys to pull the radio out and the radio code card if you turn off the power in the trunk or disconnect the power plug at the back of the radio.
A little bit of work but worth the trouble.
