Awesome. But. Be careful! Those look like silicone gloves which are usually rated in the 450 - 500 F and I saw several temp spikes will above that. T
I'm considering cheating on my diet...….. At my second favorite fast food place they have burgers on special. My favorite fast food place has a bacon cheeseburger combo on special. bored with salad.
If you're gonna cheat, go with your fave! We pulled a Max (sorry Max), ate Costco pasta and took no pics. Missus had a hankering for ravioli, which I ain't making, so we got portobello ravioli @ Costco. It was OK. Put the smoker on medium for 30 min. Nice and lightly smoked. Image Unavailable, Please Login Flaked up the flesh, added some herbs and spices after putting a bit aside for the pup. A little mayonnaise. Made it into smoked trout paté, served over toast points. T
Lotta great looking stuff gents. So many great eats, so little time...nothing worth mentioning going on here for dinner since we got back from our trip....maybe tonight...
I did my favorite, Fatburger. I'm doing a walk now, 6 miles total. that should burn off the extra calories.
Good school from what I hear. And, according to Google Maps, ca. 5.5 hours from Dalhousie, NS! Did shrimp teriyaki. Serve with rice. Nothing complicated. Image Unavailable, Please Login T

Valentines Day celebrated one-day early last night (because Ania is working until 10pm tonight). She did the cooking; - Some very good, fresh, local Cod, baked with lemongrass, ginger, and lemon zest - Roasted Asparagus - Scratch-made Hollandaise sauce My contribution was a bottle of Tattinger and a small heart-shaped chocolate cake from the local patisserie. And some simple white flowers (her favorite) and a card (she has that gene that causes one to melt when getting a card). Also gave her a little wooden box with intricate inlaid patterns and a couple of small ceramic Tajines that I picked up in Morocco to surprise her with a memento from the trip...hoping its really made by local craftsmen and not from China... I will say I summoned-up all the romance inside me and had this (see first pic) all set up when she walked in from her yoga class Then I sent her into the kitchen to make me some damn dinner Was a very nice evening. (Only our second Valentine’s Day together in our 7 years due to being long distance for the first 6 years.) Started the day with errands for supplies then a few+ hours re-wiring old fluorescent lights in a bathroom (I re-wired these back in 2011 so the ballasts look newer, now all ballast bypass and LED). Back breaking stuff. Lights are above a drop decorative ceiling from the 60s. And nothing is easy... 36” vs 48” tubes, ugh. One bathroom to go and many others in the house. Felt great to put my feet up and enjoy a treat. Dinner and chocolates are on the way!
