My dog is not big on food rewards. Its good, he can't be bought for a piece of steak. His kong toy on the other hand, he'll do anything for it! Did Olive Garden with my dad. Had spaghetti and meatballs. It was o.k. Image Unavailable, Please Login

This week's secret ingredient is sharp cheddar cheese. Freshly grated! I put a few flakes on the dog's regular grub and she wolfs it down. Looks kinda skimpy on the meatballs. T

I live in a Czech farming/oil patch town so I have to buy my Italian sausage. I used to make my own sausage but I stopped as with 7 dogs all my venison now goes to them. Meatballs and more asparagus. HEB is running a special and they’re extra good. The wife did have spaghetti. Image Unavailable, Please Login Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app

Six more done. Replaced four with LED tape that changes color. Cheap kit from Lowe’s so may upgrade if it’s too weak. Hard part is done with new junction box/plug. Snacks and leftovers for dinner. As much as I ***** doing these projects I do enjoy them. Farm boy so I can fix anything, plus worked with a fantastic home builder early on - mainly historic restoration so fits in with this stuff. And my QC standards are really high. The only thing I had to buy was a ladder. Didn’t have the right size. Can’t image what an electrician would have charged. It helps justify my toys! Maybe 12 more to go. Others can wait. The artist is David Jonason. He does beautiful work. We have two of his pieces. One of Old Faithful we commissioned and the one of the Tetons. And it fits really well in our mid-mod! https://www.davidjonason.com/
Boring salads the last few days...……. I might go to central Washington State tomorrow. Plan to detour my route past a chick fil a.
Checked off another place on our London must-try list yesterday -- Kricket in Soho. Best way to describe it is "Indian Inspired Tapas'. Pretty darn fun and innovative, but mostly tasty. I include a pic of the menu so you can see the ingredients in each dish (the marks on the menu are from the waiter and indicate the dishes that come in a sauce, like traditional Indian dishes...we mostly avoided those). We had (in order of the pics): - Samphire pakoras - Scallop - Corn roti with mushrooms - Butternut squash - Keralan fried chicken - Masala naan Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Cooking tonight, been looking forward to this dinner for a month...you can likely guess what my go-to meal is...ingredients are prepped and bottle is popped...now sipping some wine while Ania plays the piano...."lovely" moment as the brits would say (porterhouse - more like a t-bone with small filet unfortunately - is dry aged 30-days and should be great, the last one from this butcher was...) (Lookit how orange those egg yolks are! They will be made into hollandaise sauce later...)
