You should be able to download one via ferrari.com under my cars since you have one on order but it may not go live til the car is delivered Once you do get it I'd love a copy !
When I visit https://my-new.ferrari.com/en_EN/ and click on the "Documents" link a pop-up window appears. There is an option to download the manual but once clicked it fails and states the page you requested cannot be found. Has anyone else managed to download the manual?
Tons of issues with that website. Some can log on and get data about cars etc. others cannot. It is said to have something to do with the new app Ferrari is trying to implement.
I got the same result a while back--posted it in another thread. Hopefully they'll get it fixed at some point...
Abraham, thank you VERY much for this link. I have ordered a Portofino and wanted to acquaint myself with the controls while waiting but could not find it anywhere. Really grateful to you. Do you by any chance also have the infotainment/navigation manual? I cannot find that either
Nuts. My wife has a BMW and the navigation manual is about 20 pages. It tells you HOW to actually use it. This manual has two pages on what the screens look like! Nothing more, which is why i thought there would be a separate infotainment manual. For example, i wonder whether I can get arrows on my right screen and the map on the main screen. Cannot find a word on that. A GT should have all the modern conveniences to be able to drive it everyday. Anyway, I will let you all know when I actually get the car.
Please let me know . these where sent by Ferrari usa on email. I asked them about the infotainment manual they answered please contact you’re Ferrari dealer. pretty lame
Agree, very lame. However, i am going to a Ferrari club meeting this Sunday and shall ask around. will keep you posted.
I have been reading the PdF manual for the Portofino and it seems incomplete. For example, I have ordered the full ADAS package which includes adaptive cruise control, yet the manual says nothing about adaptive CC, only the normal cc on page 112. Also says nothing about Lane Assist which comes with the package!
You still have such faith in Ferrari - I cannot remember exactly but I think it was the original California and/or 458 manual that kept referring to the Infotainment system manual and yet it was never published.....
This It's Ferrari. It's just how it is. Here's the positive. The car is NOT a dull BMW, or a generic 911 or Aston Martin. It is a Ferrari, and this is part of the fun. The advantage is that you are forced to get intimate with the car. You need to sit in it, bush and pull buttons, over and over. You need to touch, feel, look and listen. It has been like this since day one. Get behind the wheel of a 250 and I'll bet you a Pingus that you cannot turn on the wipers within two minutes. Ferrari life. Get used to it Sent from my SM-G930F using FerrariChat.com mobile app
Or, do what I do, take the wife for a ride from time to time and let her play with all the infotainment stuff! She's learned how to use the Navi, radio and even figured out the Cali has both a pop-out cup holder and a CD slot! T
There is a new version of the owners' manual now available which shows all the ADAS options. I have a printed copy (UK version) but don't think Ferrari have published the PDF version yet.
Indeed When he eventually gets the car, this manual will be in the car - hopefully Sent from my SM-G930F using FerrariChat.com mobile app
