    Can someone please enlighten me on how the wiring for the front brake pad alarms is supposed to be? It has been messed with on my car and I don't see any obvious way the wiring should be.

    Two wires go down through the wheel well, and only one wire comes out of one brake pad. Where is the second wire supposed to be connected to?

    A few pictures would be appreciated!

    It's not clear from the wiring diagrams how it should be set up. There are two wires shown in the 456M wiring diagrams, but, in reality, if there is only one wire on the sensor, then the metal part of the brake pad must be the earth. The second wire will probably be an earth wire and can be attached to any clean metal part on the chassis. Does the second wire have a lug on it? Can you compare left side to right side?
