There is something broken in my reverse gear selector init in the console. I removed the bottom cover to show the circuit board. I removed the screws & bent the clips out which hold the circuit board, but it still won't lift out. I don't want to force it & break anything. How do I get the board out please?

There is a screw in the hole in the center of the circuit board that has to be removed.

As noted above the central hole (that looks black in your picture) has a tiny screw in the bottom that holds it all together

I'm guessing you're about to need the Hills upgraded reverse fork and I'm fairly sure there's a complete how-to somewhere that showed me the process - if not in this section then in the 575 or maybe it was youtube

    Found it https://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/threads/f1-reverse-lever-repair.365402/#post141403635

The other thing to consider is that there are tabs holding the black circuit board housing to the aluminum part, These need to be released before you can separate the two parts.

I tried the remove those, but it would not unclip. Looks like it may be glued.

You are trying to remove the black housing and circuit board as a whole from the aluminum piece correct?

I need to remove the circuit board so I can get to what's behind it. Something is broken and rattling around in there so I need to get to it.

Thank you. Looks like I need to persevere with unclipping the 4 lugs which hold on the main black cover.
