Other than the fluid itself are there any other parts needed for the fluid change ie. washers, part numbers, etc... thanks!

If nothing is leaking, just fluid.

there is a filter inside the transmission, I believe it's a metal mesh screen. However, it is unreachable with the transmission in the car.
If you have any leaks, it would be the perfect time to replace those gaskets on the square panels on the bottom.

Although some folks still use copper washers, the OEM replacement washer has rubber seals. You'll need one for the top and one for the bottom, P/N 144810 (expensive).
You'll need the usual stuff to get the car in the air to access the lower (drain) plug. I recall a 10mm hex key is required for this plug.

Some folks attack the upper (refill) plug from the top. For this you'll, need a 13mm hex key socket with a very long extension. 2 feet or maybe longer. Wrap the engine compartment crossbrace with rags to prevent scratching. For refilling, I use a funnel with a long clear plastic tube.

You'll need some transmission fluid, of course. 5 litres. I use Redline GL5 75W90NS. The plug has a built-in dipstick.

You'll need a torque wrench. 50NM for the lower plug, a little less is good for the top one because sometimes it's a pig to get loose.

It's funny that for the engine oil sump they also show a Dowty washer but list a copper washer as an alternative. And for the oil tank they list only a copper washer. Go figure.

I know folks hate hear oil discustlion but I just reviewed gear oil tests with result data, pictures and videos of the tests, the redline did not well shall we say but the amsoil severe gear I use was at the top but it's horrible in my car. If the Spirax gl5 does not work I'll try gl4 as the gear box looks like all spur gears anyhow, I don't get why gl5 but there must be a reason.

Some cars like oil x and others like y just depends on gaps and tolerances such as it is.

    Good luck!

I read something in another thread recently..
when doing the transmission oil, there is a washer to replace that cost $50 or something like that..
but there is a replacement option for $2

Did you also get the friction modifier? I normally add a couple of capfuls, but as I recently fitted a new main shaft and 3 sets of new gears, I had to add a whole bottle on my last change as per Redline recommendations.
