    I've been out your way a couple of times in the past, Robb. Beautiful country! Monument Valley was breathtaking and I remember a thunderstorm one summer night which put on a spectacular show!

    Took the rest of the plastic sticky parts off my 360 today including the mirror controls, main vents, defroster vents, ashtray, stereo buttons and glove box lever.

    Did about half of the other parts last year like the doors and windows with steering rack cover and switches.

    So I’m excited to get the final group off to Dave in Buffalo.

    It will bring the car up from excellent to near perfect. Only a few more things on my list.

    What an involving drive.

    That's the 300SL that ran the 1952 Carrera Panamericana; I took a photo of it at the M-B display at the New York Automobile Show at the old Grand Central Palace in April 1953. With my then almost new Leica IIIf.

    Out with my wife today in the F355. It was actually her first drive with me since we got it because of taking care of it’s needs since April. It is her favorite F-car that we have owned! I tend to agree. :D

    We stopped to see some wild horses along the river near our place.
