360 long time enthusiast, first time owner - intro

Greetings FChat.

I'm a long time lurker and lifelong automotive enthusiast. This week was able to fulfil a longtime dream and acquire my first Ferrari, a driver quality 1999 360 with 31k on the clock. It's Argentino with Nero interior and includes two different previous members here in its ownership history.

it's been overall reasonably well maintained over its life (just coming due now) and what has been done is very well documented. It's very tastefully upgraded -- including black 430 wheels, capristo exhaust, challenge grill, carbon fiber paddles and some other CF accents. I have a spare TCU that is headed off to Eric for the CS flash.

At the same time, I bought it knowing it needed a bit of work and Vince @ Black Horse Motorwerks here in KC will be handling, including a full major with the variators.

I wanted to say thanks for all the fantastic resources here, the information was a huge help in making an informed decision on what to buy, what not to buy, and what to look out for.
