yes thats Karim on the left in the grey top and black trousers, a very happy day with all the cars together, all looking superb
Hi, yes it is the same collection, the only difference in the TopGear photo above they had the other F50 from the collection, with registration number F50 KS (104770). At Ferrari Service today we had the F50 registration F50 JF (107125)
that's correct, the official registration number as it is quoted on the DVLA V5 document is "F5 OKS", but in the UK we can normally get away with using the letter "O" a number zero "0" - the police are usually relaxed about this, unlike Switzerland where you would no doubt be pulled.
104746 is another F50 which we sold @ 6 years ago, still enjoyed by it's California keeper alongside 288 GTO, F40, and Enzo. Image Unavailable, Please Login
that looks like the early stages of an F50 resurrection - suspension mounts on the gear box look to be in the correct position, gearbox looks correct, rear bumper support bars all correct and many more thing. form the grainy photograph that looks like the real deal
Image Unavailable, Please Login I may have posted this image before and I apologise if that is the case...I can't imagine anyone complaining though... Ferrari Owners Club Concours, July 2010. Paul
Given the nature of a text forum it is difficult to determine sarcasm...so to eliminate any doubt here is an image showing the exterior of the Sultan's MR2 replica... Paul Image Unavailable, Please Login
for comparison here is a genuine F50 interior - black seat inserts instead of the more common red...versus the interior posted above. they have gone out of their way to customise it to achieve a replica look rather than retain the original beauty Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
here it is for sale at Talacrest - there is no doubt it is the genuine article, my sarcasm pointed merely to their choice of MR2 kit car interior styling https://talacrest.com/stockdetails.asp?stockID=137
thanks for sharing Paul. The RHD ex-Brunei example is for sure part of the rich tapestry and undoubtedly a significant entry in the history of the F50. My sarcasm was not pointed at your post or personally, I always appreciate your contributions, insight and knowledge. cheers Mark
The all black interior you have posted is from a yellow car, all black was common to these cars although some did have yellow centres as did at least one of the silver cars. Paul
