.https://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/used-cars/ferrari/612/2008-ferrari-612-scaglietti-one-to-one-lhd/10503596 Lovely car but i am not sure it is a OTO as stated.
Yea, every car I've seen with that paint scheme was a Sessanta. I guess either an owner had it repainted, or maybe it was done at the factory at the customer's request.
Does anyone have the last 6 of the VIN? I can pull the original options lists if someone has it. Thanks!
"One-to-One special order. Just 10,760 miles from new. Finished in an almost identical specification to the highly desirable Sessanta. Rubino Micalizzato/Nero Daytona."

Thanks for posting the pics and the link. It is a gorgeous looking car. However, it is not a OTO as the seller is claiming. If it is a 2008, it is an early build before the factory switched to OTO. I don't doubt the original owner customized his order, but he did it before they manufactured the OTO models.
Correct, if manufactured before Dec 2007/early 2008, this would have been a "Special Equipment" order (personalized by the buyer even beyond what the Carrozzeria Scaglietti Programme offered). From a personalization and uniqueness standpoint be on par, if not rarer, than an OTO. Though without the really nice 612 updates introduced with the Sessanta and the OTOs: roof, manettino, start/stop button, etc.
It seems to have iron brake discs and not CCMs. So definitely not a 2008 model (but maybe first registration is in 2008). Probably assembled between sept and dec 2007 when the new platform (Bose unit) was there, but CCMs not yet.
Very pretty car. But for a LHD in the UK post Brexit, that is a fantasy asking price. Nothing to do with the car, all to do with the taxes on export.
On interim 612s (late 07, early 08), CCMs were optional as a separate option and not standard. The CCMs did not become standard until the OTO. On earlier 612s, the CCMs were only available as part of the HGTC package.
Was in sale in France, in November 2021. Image Unavailable, Please Login Previously registered in Dubai: Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
They forgot to mention that on the current sale description. A Dubai LHD car in the UK. Quite hard to sell. This is the description: This Scaglietti, one of the first of the vastly superior OTO cars is finished in a mesmerising colour combination of Rubino Micalizzato over Nero Daytona two-tone with a gorgeous, quilted, full red leather interior with Carbon Interior Trim. The specification is more or less identical to the highly desirable Sessanta, with the only major difference being the lack of the interesting though sometimes temperamental electrochromic glass roof, and in today’s case, not commanding the same heavy premium of a Sessanta. We are delighted a car that is absolutely pristine and could’ve roared out of Maranello only yesterday, having covered a mere, conscientious 11,000 miles hence the car is in such a beautiful state today. We are proud to present such a magnificent car for sale and it is rare to come across such a truly special Ferrari. Anyone would struggle to find such a unique and highly-specified Ferrari for sale, especially at such a price point, especially when one considers not only the vast premium for not only a Sessanta, but buying a brand new bespoke tailor-made Ferrari would cost well over £200,000 at least and most likely, over £300,000.
An ex-Dubai (the photo was taken in Paris in 2014). She was UK registered last year. She has been probably sold to a French last year, was then in sale in a French AD, in November 2021. Surprisingly, she is back in sale in UK 5 months later. Maybe she has not been sold the first time, just brought to France to try to sell it in a LHD country… Some shootings have been made with her and a bi-color blue 612 during her trip in France.
I have 2005 612 but no window sticker. Can you pull up something on mine? Last six VIN: 141406. Thanks!
