Trying to figure out how he got the roof to operate without the seat potentiometers.

As one commenter said... Nice to see an honest ad.

I see the last major was done by pulling the fuel tank (no engine-out).
Missing right hand side engine cover (almost de rigueur these days)
    Missing underbody panels
Slow roof? Maybe just needs some fluid.
Missing grille on the inside temperature sensor?
    Novel unpainted ashtray?
    "Period" stereo???? Which period?
Missing metal strips in luggage compartment
    Tear in roof.

The mechanicals are probably the biggest worry (tensioner bearings not replaced).

Looks like Bradan would enjoy working on this one :D

Aftermarket seats bug me in these cars for some reason so I don't forget them when I see them! Even if it was 2 years ago lol.

Aftermarket seats can work, the issue is the Checker Auto, Honda Civic with a fart can seat option some people pick. You need to select wisely is all. Mostly folks select seats far too big and thick.

Those seats wouldn't bother me so much if the carpets had been replaced and changed to black as well.
