I felt some lag compared to 458 but couldn't discern if that is from the electronic pedal or the turbos. But I agree about the speed - the first real mash of the pedal and my eyes went [slightly] blurry for a second.
Ordered the following wheel, tire, and suspension setup and its going on my car in a couple of weeks. https://tagmotorsports.com/gallery/ferrari/17--488-spyder-on-hre-p207-wheels.html
Awesome. So great to see pictures and start to hearr driving experiences. I will get video next weekend and post
Got a call from my dealer - looks like Monday morning arrival for me. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I will let you know next week......we walked their service dept and looked at all the cars they had (which was quite a few). For me, it was about the visible gap when viewed from 10 feet away. So they understood the look I wanted and then went to work (I did not ask for a specific measurement but I will ask them when I pick it up). IMO - it looks perfect (little worried about scrapping - my 458 has a lift and never used it once so hoping I am ok). The dealership did it for me............
That looks perfect, exactly what I'm planning to do. So I take it you did not spec your F8 with lift?
I did not. I know you are limited on how much you can lower it on factory springs (if you did choose the lift option). I will post more info this week when I get the car.
If you can get the lifter added try to do..you still have time sine they have not started production yet. I was frustrated for waiting for over one year for an allocation So cancelled my order two weeks ago. The good news is I just found a highly speced 2020 Pista below msrp...buying it tomorrow. I looked at a lot of Pistas...anyone will tell you a car without a suspension lifter or radio takes a big hit at sell time. There are Pistas sitting for over six months..the sales folks will tell you they are hard to sell at prevailing prices. Add the lifter for resale value.
