    I chased a local sweet 512BB for years offering above "market price" along the way.
    Nope not good enough.
    Seller wanted a premium over and above that. Selling to an expectant price.
    Market went up....still a premium over that price.
    Market went down....still a premium (over that then current value).
    Always reaching for the "what if" customer.
    Meanwhile the customer is looking for a fair deal.

    The bird in the hand is worth 1.1 in the bush.

    He ended up selling for less than my initial offer.
    We both lost at the time.

    In the end I got a very special 512BB.
