Re. the winking headlamp, there are many past FChat posts to reference. Common things to look at: relays, headlamp assy actuator linkage issues (worn, loose, out of adjustment etc), headlamp motor diodes, column switch, and condition of your relay board (and grounds).

    e.g. https://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/threads/diode-location-headlamp-motor-please.183786/

First Start! Only ran for a total of about 4 minutes, but very happy! I get some "spittle backfire" through the carbs every now and again, so I'm sure the carbs need to be tuned... but for now I'm very happy!

So, making pretty good progress (I think). I have the car home in my garage now, running better each start. I get a LOT of 'spittle' backfire out of it, trying to sort that out.. I did find the Left Rear carb vacuum hose not tight (huge air leak) and that made it run better. I put the air box on and took it for a ride today and well. here are the results... still much to be sorted (listen carefully as I back the car over the curb, you can hear the suspension is really loose)... But all in all, a very fun day!
