    Never been to any of them. Voted strictly on photography. Bora Bora reminds me of so many place in the Caribbean which are an easier trek for me.

    When you get close to the equator, the sun is much brighter. It makes all the colors brighter, and more intense. The rest of the world looks kind of dreary in comparison.

    Blue Lagoon (Iceland) is actually runoff water from a local power plant. Not too exotic IMO.

    And super crowded. Think public pool. Worst part of my trip there.

    Bora bora was incredible in 1986, still beautiful but too commercialized today.

    Voting for the Maldives - one time in the beautiful clear water, came back on the beach, and realised that for about 45 minutes I hadn't thought about anything - no bills, emails, missed calls. That was priceless.

    Love the pics/videos of Bora Bora but for some reason worry about some serious sharks :D
