My Lusso is a V12. I actually bought 200-cell cats to put on it as the current setup is sometimes just too much (other times is amazing!), especially on a daily driver.

I'd probably do 200 cell, but are you decat right now? What did you order for the Pista?

    Sorry missed this.

Yes was confirmed by my own eyes and the Ferrari tech who fitted the controller. It 's only the dress tips and the manifolds which are Inconel on Pista. The rest is stainless.

This week aren’t Inconel, right? Inspected titanium.

Sorry, messed that one up! The exhaust tips came in Titanium, Steel, and Black as well. I don't think they were Inconel. Maybe I'm wrong?

Yeah, that's what I thought too, which is why I was wondering how it was confirmed. Is there a stamping on the muffler or tips that indicate the material? Or we just judging by color.

Sorry Lagunae92.....missed this. Yes the dress tips are titanium. But these are just cosmetic sleeves which the stainless pipes stick through.

PS any further developments on the exhaust replacement? I'm still chewing on it myself.

    Right. That’s what I thought.

Still weighing the options. In the promo videos I really like the tone and harmonics that the Kline gets, but I am continuously told that the Novitec is even higher pitched. I will do a Kline pipe regardless, and either a Kline or Novi back box. Since the car is new and still breaking in, I’m hoping someone else (such as yourself) gets it done and can relay info! Ha! I also don’t want to worry about warranty and attracting attention from police. In California, legally you must stay at or under 95 decibels. I’m not sure what these cars are stock.

I don’t so much want louder, but a smoother change in tone and more of the upper harmonics.

In the 812, I want it louder in the cabin, and also considering an X pipe and Novitec valved exhaust as well.

Not a great recording. Would be nice to hear something. I tried watching that abysmal TGE TV episode when he actually drives the Pista with the Kline. Couldn’t the too much. Especially over the horrible content...

Anyone try this Novitec set up? Any drone during driving?

Kline system is inconel only right? I wonder if the are any cats that would work with the OEM downpipe & OEM muffler

Stainless version as well. Quite economical all things considered. Manifolds are Inconel. Would be cool to keep that going all the way through as it should have been.

This is by far the best pista sound besides the full race Novitec.

It’s good. Full race meaning the non-valved? Only difference I think?

Yes, but that changes the sound. No cats + full straight pipe always got that raspy sound which I don't like. This valved one seems perfect.

Going by the description of what they used to achieve that particular result they have used cat delete pipes and their muffler with valves. No offense but it sounded very much like stock to me except louder because the cats were removed. It didn't have any higher pitch and sounded a bit more basier.

I really think the best sound will be produced with the use of the larger x pipe which adds the treble as the revs rise up. Personally I can't stand cat less as the car not only stinks terrible but is also totally illegal.

I do feel like there is a substantially different core to the tone. And the harmonics of the overtones are much greater than stock. Still would like to hear the Kline somebody!

I'm checking on pricing now for a Kline system. I'm thinking about it.
