Any recommendations where I could take my 458 and have them redo all the sticky parts in the interior? Someplace in Florida would be ideal. I’m not interested in trying to take things apart and sending them to somebody. I don’t think I have the patience

any advice would be greatly appreciated

If you want it done right, there's only one place: Sticky RX.

To do the job right, you are going to have to disassemble things - whether it be you or someone else. I think the only other option would be to maybe try to alcohol wipe the surfaces, but personally that's not how I'd approach this job.

    Good luck!

Well. My dealer in Orlando did it for me on my 430 for a flat fee and did all of the removal and replacement with my own parts. They did a fine job for a reasonable price. There are options in Florida.

Has anybody tried using Neutrogenia Makeup removal wipes - there's a video on YouTube that looks promising

    Don't laugh too loud...….
Problem is universal in the auto world and in other areas of life.
It doesn't matter how many miles you have on your car as it just happens.
Time is a different subject as if can happen at anytime.

The buttons on my SL55 turned sticky and they told me it was because of lotion I could have been wearingo_O
    I told them I didn't wear lotion....
I ended up replacing the buttons and expect it to happen again in the future.

I also have an older TAG Heuer watch box that has gone sticky and I need to clean it off.

Sticky parts are now just a fact of life.

    Best wishes,
    Gene Greer

Wish I had some of your good luck.

I have had my fair share of it and it sounds like I am not the only one.

I hope your luck continues and it never happens to you.

If it does, there are a couple of businesses that specialize in these repairs right here on the forums.

Do some searches here. Sticky Rx used to be a sponsor for a long time. No shortage of customers. My '13 has no stickies but it looks like it's inevitable for Ferrari's. I hate taking dash and trim parts off so that would be where most help is needed.
