That's why I stick with Mexican food when we go out. If it's "off", you'll know about it sooner!

I was thinking a lamb burger Tom, but little meatballs on skewers with veggies and shrooms would be nice too. Or to top a pizza...hmmm.

I’ve a hankerin’ (spurred on by childhood memories) for some smoked Chubb. Any of you eat them?

I was thinking something like this Ron...

    https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/106030/kofta-kebabs/

Had these at a Persian place in SF years back with a little yogurt sauce and sumak. Yummy.

Never tried chubs. Smoked fish is never a bad option...T

    Very artsy last shot!

    Indian. Leftover and vegetable curry.
Carrot, onion, garlic and ginger paste, turmeric powder, brown rice, quinoa, chard, broth, butter chicken sauce (from Kroger).

Homemade chapati. The Lodge carbon steel skillet has become my go-to for this application. Heats up quickly, holds heat well, good seasoning so no sticking issues thus far. Uncooked chapati from Costco. Looked at the ingredients, same as their uncooked tortillas! [emoji2]

Did a garlic rosemary sirloin in the pan with lots of butter. No pics as it was one of those things steaks. But it was good.

I’m sold. I’d use most of the spices shown, swap a couple. Thanks for the video...they look good.

Looking good Max. Nice lines. You use a skillet or grill outside?

Skillet...… my grill is a plug into the house gas supply deal and I don't have gas to plug into at this house. So no grill!

thankfully, this one was decent. They just don’t have great beef readily available here.

I made the mistake of making potstickers for a late lunch. Now I'm full. Was planning on getting a beef taco pizza. But I might skip dinner.
