Dash lights out. Did the 1990 Cab come with dimmer for dash lights Where my dummy switch is on consult between seats there is a red light. Any thoughts on what this was? Is there a specific switch for dash lights or are they linked to parking and headlight switch. Thanks for any help Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
Dash lights are normally related to the parking and headlight switch. There should be an associated "external lighting relay" and a "park and instrument lighting" fuse. The dimmer knob is often integrated into the tachometer. Not sure about the Cab T. https://www.ricambiamerica.com/car-diagrams/ferrari/v6-v8/mondial-group/mondial-t/instruments.html (See item 4)
Thanks feel like a fool. Dimmer knob was right in front of me. Thanks Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
As YouTube's Doug DeMuro says... The Mondial has some unusual "quirks and features". You wouldn't be the first owner who couldn't find the dimmer knob I'm guessing the Mondial also has luggage compartment lights which only work with your sidelights on or rear foglights (Euro) which only work with the headlights on... or a petrol cap lid release button which only works with the ignition on (?)... ... common quirks on Ferraris of this era.
