Looks like the only difference between the 348 and the F355 is the battery cutoff switch for the latter.

Always interested in how stuff works. Thought this was good.

So what goes on these? The seals, the bearings the clutch?

I would think after many hours beatings and over time seals. Seems a shame to trash it but I can’t find anyone to fix it.

I’ll keep the old one in case someone wants parts from it.

The second link for the clutch assembly includes a 6-groove pulley whereas Ferrari's is a 5-groove pulley (and belt). According to some posts here, you can use a 6-groove pulley and leave one groove unused. Otherwise, you can search for a 5-groove pulley for the type of Sanden you have but may not be easy to find (could have been custom-made for Ferrari).

I put a link in the parts sticky i believe.

Wade call polar bear as taz suggested. I’m getting my new unit from them and it has an aftermarket pulley on it that they said is identical to OEM. Maybe they’ll sell you just the pulley. Gretchen is the gal there and she’s been really helpful to me.

My bad. Drier is located under passenger (LHD) inspection cover. Upon closer inspection, what I thought was the drier under the windshield is the wiper motor.

Also happens to be a black cylinder located right where the AC service ports are.

    Doh!

    That’s great thank you

I got the Sanden version from them rather than the clone. I’ll post up the side by side of them in a bit.

I wonder when the actual Sanden became available. That was not an option last fall.

So it looks like my AC compressor is leaking around the main seal - I was able to detect leaking refrigerant from around the pulley / shaft area of the compressor.

Question - does anyone have part numbers for the o-rings for the compressor lines? Or for the drier lines? Or has anyone just used one of the generic kits with different sized o-rings available on Amazon like this?
