When I re-did my CV boots on the 308, I used the $5 911 Turbo boots from Pelican Parts.

I have the engine out of the Jalpa, and doing the CV boots, and came across an integral boot/flange set also for the same MY 911 Turbo also fitting the Jalpa/308, seems like a better option for just a little more money ($15)

    Lobro Part # 923 332 037 00

    anyone use these?

I picked up Fastradio's kit. Top-quality and everything in one box.

The only issue I had with the Pelican parts kit was the clamps did not fit correctly on the large flange end. The small end worked fine.

I ended up getting the OEM parts from FOH for $8 each.

nothing to get excited about here, unless you need the cv flange as I did.

the part that came off the Lambo had an integral lip/boot seal, whereas the replacement part is just the flange mounted with a standard band.

Sorry to dust off this old thread, but does anyone know the diameter of the correct large end clamps? I bought the Porsche Loebro boots for the early 911/930 (901 932 293 12 M60) and separate 74mm Oetiker clamps spec'd by Pelican Parts. , As others have found, the clamps don't fit. Neither the included 70mm Norma, nor the 74mm Oetiker. Too big. The boots and CC's are at the axle shop, so I can't measure. Does anyone know? Thank you.

Crazy. That's like a make-your-own Oetiker clamp. Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately, I have to solve this today.

Dropping this info here for everyone:

The OD at the flange is 64mm
The OD of the shaft is 28mm

The OD of the OE boots at the large end is 68mm, with a 66mm ID. I measured all these myself this morning. These fit with zero stretch.

The OE boots are labeled "Löbro 2152 15.75 00 003", which gets me nowhere with internet searching.

The GKN Löbro Porsche boots (901 932 293 12) have an OD of 60mm, and are apparently spec'd for a flange that needs a 74mm clamp! I spoke with an axle mechanic about the stretch. His words were that boots are designed not to be stretched, b/c then you have extra tension trying to pull it off the flange. Should be a near perfect fit with the clamp doing all the work.

Edit: OE boots are marked Löbro 2153 15.75 00 003

It was apparently too late to edit my post. Maybe the moderator can.
