What is everybody using for aftermarket lug bolts? My car has aftermarket wheels that were on it when I bought the car and the lug bolts are not stock. They are 6 spline type. I'm looking to replace them with bolts that are black but have not had much luck searching online. I would prefer some type of locking bolt so it will be a little bit harder for a thief to snatch my wheels. Thanks for the help!
Be careful mixing wheels and lug bolts. Contact manufacturer of wheels and see if they have bolts to sell you
Maybe something like this? These are titanium bolts from Hill Engineering that we have at Ricambi America. We'd need to know the exact size of your existing bolts if you have aftermarket wheels. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Given the value of the car, I'd rather get OEM or high quality (i.e., expensive) aftermarket ones rather than risk issues trying to say a few hundred dollars.
I've been looking for alternatives too, since I changed over to black challenge wheels. Only legit alternative is titanium from hill engineering. Or exotic car gear has a set of black titanium for $950 Exotic car means exotic prices on most everything, including lugs
So Tikore lists no products for Ferrari on their website. I did find a set of stainless steel bolts for about $400 but I forget the name of the company. Also I have yet to contact HRE but they seem to sell bolts in any size needed in black or chrome for either $100 or $200. I know the car is expensive and exotic and blah blah blah but to me $1000 for lug bolts is just crazy. I'd love to have them and they are beautiful but I didn't get to the point of being able to afford my car by just pissing away $$$
Interested in what HRE will quote, again, I'm on the same search. Please share what you end up choosing. Thanks!

Porsche guys use these all the time. They have them for Ferraris, too. https://www.acerracing.com/collections/ferrari Image Unavailable, Please Login https://www.acerracing.com/collections/ferrari/ferrari Sent from my iPad using FerrariChat
Not much market for stolen Ferrari wheels, so I would not worry about it too much. They are too easy to track.
If you are really worried about theft it is a good reason to use Daniel's bolts (Hill bolts from Ricambi). VERY few people will have T80 torques hanging around to remove them.
does anyone know if these will fit the 360? I'm guessing 430 only since they are 75mm shank length? from some quick searching, the Hill Engineering aftermarket bolts list a 52mm Shank length for the 360 so I'm guessing no good. https://www.hillengineering.co.uk/v225-52-20ti-t80-x20 the part number they're listed as compatible with on Acer (247702) was superceeded by 803384, which lists the following fitments that include the F430 but not the 360: https://www.scuderiacarparts.com/part/417309/ferrari/803384/wheel-stud-bolt.html#fitment
Good point. I did not notice the difference in lengths. I suggest you contact Acer and see if they can make you a set with the correct length. I suspect they can. Sent from my iPad using FerrariChat
Confirmed directly with Acer these are the right fitment for the 430 and 360. It’s 75mm overall length, 52mm shank length. I ordered a set! thanks.
I just ordered some too. 17mm internal hex, polished. $427 shipped to my door. Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
worked out great -- super easy install (spin in like butter, and weight savings with regular lugs vs these in your hand is super noticeable). Used the CS install procedure of 30ft-lb stage one tighten and then 72ft-lb stage two tightening. Note that the Acer kit does not come with a wrench/socket. I checked every store in town (Lowes, Home Depot, Ace Hardware) and no one carries a 17mm hex head socket) Ordered this one on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004W81LPY/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 seems fine -- not quite enough clearance with my torque wrench and this to swing around much, basically only works at a 3:00 angle and will rub against the outside of the tire (but not the wheel or wheel well) so just something to watch. If someone finds something slightly longer/better would be good. Edit: went searching and just picked up this one as well: https://www.amazon.com/Sunex-26499-2-Inch-Impact-Socket/dp/B002YKTYGA/ Image Unavailable, Please Login IMG_0446 by performify, on Flickr
