    I admit it, I'm still too chicken to eat out! ☹️

    After several recent posts, I got a hankering for hot dogs. Growing up, I'd spend the entire summer school break at my grandmother's; nothing signified summer like fresh peaches and franks on the grill.

    Yeah 5 pizzas has to be a record for sure.. The most we've done in a night is 43..

    Now my wife has figured out how to vacuum seal pieces individually and freeze them so they are easy to reheat anytime..

    Decided to throw stuff in the crock pot.

    Using a cilantro lime sauce packet that is used for the skillet i threw that in there along with a jar of banana pepper rings, jalapeños, fresh cilantro, some raw onions, then i sautéed onions and browned the chicken and threw that in there with some chicken broth and worchestishire.

    Steaks tomorrow night is the plan, so veggie-ish tonight. Did Indian curry with leftover veg - celery, onions, tomatoes - plus turmeric powder, lentils, chicken stock, and chard/spinach from the garden. Plus a little bit of quinoa that was leftover from dinner last night. Forgot to snap a pic. Rookie mistake!

    Fresh bufala mozzeralla, followed by perhaps the lightest, most tender gnocchi I’ve ever had, topped with a very flavorful tomato-pesto-cream sauce. These were unbelievable. I’ve posted from Andreoli’s before, and today I believe I had the best gnocchi of my life. This place is so legit and such a cool family owned and operated place.

    I went a bit overboard today. Bought three tri tips, a ribeye, a ny strip, and a skirt steak. lol. Almost bought a point of a brisket they had too.
