I have trouble with fitting a Classic Tracker unit above the glovebox and behind/ under the dashboard. After testing another unit we are still not picking up enough satellites to be able to record when the car is moving.
In the same garage, my other car’s Tracker works perfectly.
Any suggestions. Is there a special way to connect the Trackers wiring loom? It is only red, black and yellow with the yellow to connect to the ignition wire. Red and black go straight to the battery.

Try the trunk. There may be emf radiation in the front from the ecu or coils etc., and there may be shielding material blocking the signal.

Before that, try another location to see if it’s just the reading can’t be taken in that part of the building.

    Just a thought
