I don’t think you should apologize to a snob who thinks you need an Harvard degree to own a Ferrari . Sad
Hey, buddy. I completely understand it's hard to undo something you likely spent between $5-10k to make this your dream ride. It's not a terrible color, just terribly uncommon on a Ferrari, more of a Lambo color. I really strongly recommend, seriously strongly recommend you just disassociate yourself from the vehicle and rip it off. Seriously. And every single person reading this here is going to agree with me. What you have is either the number one or number two resale color. I don't know if Corsa red is most popular or Grigio Silverstone, but your car is a resale monster without the film. With the film, you're just turning off a lot of potential buyers.
Oh c'mon, really? You ever consider that some people have a first language that is NOT English? I didn't realize proper English grammar and spelling was a prerequisite to Ferrari ownership. ? Sent from my SM-G970U using Tapatalk
My biggest concern with a wrapped car is the underlying paint condition. I simply don’t know enough about wrapped cars to know how it affects the paint.
It's not uncommon for some of the paint to simply pull off when one removes the wrap. Especially around the bumpers.
Yup, and probably anyone looking to buy this car knows it. It'll never sell with the wrap. He needs to bite the bullet, do the paint correction.
I agree about the wrap, and I have a Grigio Silverstone California T I am probably going to wrap in yellow, just not neon yellow. I looked at two wrapped cars to purchase, but I always had that nagging fear that the paint underneath was flawed, hence the wrap. When I do wrap mine, I suppose I will first have a body shop fully document the paint condition, and even that may not be enough for a future buyer.
this is a nasty post - you shouldn't bother commenting anything without intention to buy the car, let alone rude things like this. To the seller, consider my post a bump. I worked a lot with international kids when I was in college, and helped them sell their high end exotics. It was fun to make friends and work out some deals for people; best of luck with your sale!!!
Just for the record, there are plenty of other members and owners such as myself who do not have “ writing quality and wording “ expertise. That does not give you the right to dismiss people like me. I apologize in advance if my writing skills are not up to your standards. This is just the best I can do with what I’ve got . Best , Kirk.
I know a very wealthy guy who speaks just basic English. Don't let that issue fool you into thinking he lacks good electrical connections just below the scalp.
