How hard and costly is it to add the challenge grill you both have? Can you just cut the stock bumper? How did you guys do it? Cars look great.

I ordered my car with the challenge grill. The other car has a wrap that looks like carbon fiber

I have heard that adding the real challenge grill to a car that doesn’t have it is very expensive. Requires buying a whole new bumper. Probably cost $10k+ even though the option when new was around $2-3k if I remember right. The rear challenge grill is fairly rare and I always liked it.

But like he said, the car in the back just has a wrap over the regular bumper. That is a much cheaper solution if you like the way it looks.

If you took the rear F430 bumper cover off, you will see a line on the backside of the cover. I was told by a friend and believe that the line indicates the cut line to fit a challenge grill. Of course, it would require paint work after the cut.

They are 2 different bumpers. Cf bumper is (of course) Sectioned and you will see the line on the outside so do not it up. Buy a real cf bumper if you want one instead.

I don't believe any of the F430 had a CF bumper cover...just the challenge CF grill option. The real Challenge F430 isn't even CF. I have both

Once the bumper is cut and you have the challenge grill how does the challenge grill bolt together with the cut bumper? There are no bolts on the bumper that’s been cut and looke like just screw holes on the challenge grill? I want to do this mod as opposed to just using carbon fiber wrap to mimick. Any help here would be great and appreciated.

Took the 360 back out today after the fire that blew through our main driving roads in AZ.

Wearing starfish wheels as I return it to how it left the factory. I think it looks great in this combo.
