Here are scans of some photos I took at the Monterey Historics/Pebble Beach Concours in 1994. I post them here for your enjoyment. I realize they are just snapshots but please do not copy them, publish them, or post them elsewhere on the 'net. I was there. It was amazing. I have been back to Monterey several times since. Each subsequent year has more and more activities until it has become a madhouse. But I believe that no subsequent year can match the wonder year of 1994.

    I was there too.
But 1984 (also a special Ferrari year) was better than 1994.

    Thanks for sharing the pics!

In the last 2 (duplicated) - is that 0515GT that's cut off to the left? I've not seen pictures of it with numbers on it before, was it run at the Historics that year?

It's interesting that someone would bring a replica to an event like this with all of the marque experts in attendance.

I have no other photos of that car either at the track or at Pebble. Maybe someone else knows if it ran on not.

Nothing really special, that guy (I think the replica was based on a Datsun) just parked it in the spectator car park at Laguna Seca during the weekend.
Not entered in any of the concours or events.

It’s too bad Monterey has gotten away from the “4” year being the Ferrari year. 2004 was cool because the FCA National meet was there also.

I think the 412P is 0850 because 0844 was converted to its P3/412P configuration in 1997-98.

Ah, yes you are right. 0844 was there, but was still a 330 Can Am then.

    0826, 0850 and 0832 were masquerading as and celebrating the 1,2,3 position 1967 Daytona 24 Hour cars 330 P3/4 0846, 330 P4 0856 and P3/412P 0844.

    Also next to 250 GTO 4091, 365P2 0838?

Is that a brown 275 GTB in the first pic? Don't know if I have even seen a brown Ferrari.

1994 great year (was not there in 84 alas) and in the press room at Laguna on the Sunday afternoon I was finishing one of my articles, I look up and Piero Ferrari is standing next to me looking at the track action! It was Froilan Gonzalez in a 375 Plus with a camera car. So we had a basic chat since I did not yet speak Italian but he was very courteous just like when I met him again Monaco Historic GP 2018. Then on the Monday at LAX airport I ran into Gonzalez and after a small chat he asked if I was heading to Buenos Aires as well!:) Surreal weekend with incredible car line up.

I took this at Pebble, I got there very early as I wanted to get back to the track. Can anyone ID the person on the left for me.
