For F360 owners, even with the best upkeep and maintenance to keep it in pristine condition, there is one existing eyesore: the 3 big plastic knobs. The cheap plastic knobs slowly degrade over time and give a sticky and unpleasant feel to it, eventually cracking. My friends had suffered this issue and tried looking for replacements, but the knobs cannot be purchased without buying the whole AC control unit, costing upwards of $1000!

To solve this I created a few sets of metal knobs which looks right at home on the aluminium panel. The picture shows a massive difference in quality!

These aluminium knobs are created through 3D printing technology and then hand polished. I still have a few sets available for sale now. The price for a set is $230 USD. Feel free to pm me for more info and shipping price.

Can we get them in black? Also, do they retain the see through light of the original at the pointer line?

For now, we don't have any in black. The pointer line is transparent and it looks great at night.

That picture is showing the metal knobs. Maybe it was too dark. This closeup is easier to see.

I just got these knobs and some new 430 air vents. IMO the vents and the 3 big knobs are the center of attention of the dash. the whole interior feels upscale. It feels like I have a “New” car!

beautiful work. glad to see another option for these.

if someone upgrades to these and wants to sell me a single plastic one to repair a broken 360 knob, let me know. sticky is more than ok! even a cracked / damaged one is ok.

posting here as it might help convince someone to upgrade to these if they know they can resell or rehome their existing.

I'm not so sure about them just pulling out. I'm pretty sure they had a c clip on the backside of them so be careful guys. If they don't pull out easily then that means there's a c clip holding them on from the back.

You are correct. Mine did not just pull out at all. I ended up disassembling the entire AC control unit and the knobs are held firmly to the back of the faceplate with metal c-clips. There is little space between the back of the faceplate and the attached circuit board, making the c-clips inaccessible to be removed with a normal tool. So being careful not to destroy the circuit board or break the plastic, with a small screwdriver I was able to pry the c-clips off the stems of each knob, and push them up through the faceplate. The replacement aluminum knobs fit too tightly to be pushed back onto the switch posts, so I had to grind the posts down with a dremel. It was a lot more work than I’d anticipated or planned on, but all in all I think it was worth the effort because I really like the look of these new aluminum switch knobs. I’ll take some pictures tomorrow.

When I received the knobs the color and finish didn’t really match the surrounding bezel of the car. They were darker grey and the finish of the metal was nice and consistent but I thought it looked kind of dull next to surrounding parts. So I got out the dremel with buffing pads and polishing compound. It was a rainy afternoon anyway....Here is what I ended up with. I am very pleased with the results. Sorry everyone for the confusion. When I tested them on the 360, I simply pulled out the knob slowly, there wasn’t any c-clip on the old knobs. Maybe they already broke off from previous repairs. I guess it depends on the condition of the old knobs and it could take more time to remove.
