Looking to get a new convertible top + carpets installed in my 88 Mondi Cab.

My go-to shop has closed up, which is a shame, as they offered to make a custom carpet kit for less than what is sold by the usual suspects.

Any recommendations, preferably in the South Bay?

    Thanks in advance!

Cooks in Redwood City. Dealer uses them. A friend of mine did as well and was very satisfied.

If you have any information on Cook's, I would appreciate you sending it my way. I heard they shut down and I can't find Craig anywhere. I have some additional information that I'd rather not post.
    Craig does phenomenal work!

Has anybody heard any updates on Cooks? I need some speaker covers made for my 328 doors and I can't find anything about Cooks. I drove by all their locations and they seem gone. It's a shame if they are, they did amazing work.

I have been using SIDCO in Mountain View now for years. Excellent work. They always have Ferraris rolling in and out of there.

I am getting light stretching in my 458 as seen here. I understand through sources that the leather can be treated, stretched then reglued. They use this product found on Amazon which doubles as a conditioner. I am looking for a local upholstery guy to do the job for me. Any leads?

    Cooks seems to be unresponsive.

I needed a convertible top for my car which I could be proud of at a concours event. They did not disappoint!

Any more word on an SF Bay Area shop? The headliner in my '56 Boano keeps collapsing and attacking me at speed!

No question Sidco (https://www.sidcocustoms.com). I just got back my targa top from them that I had redone in marine vinyl. It came out absolutely superb! I also took in my door panels and had custom door speaker covers made. Their work is off the charts.

FWIW, I redid the carpet using GAHH wool III. Nothing against GAHH but the backing on the new wool is a heavy duty rubber like material. Hard as hell to glue and impossible to use (like the original carpet) over the speakers.

I'll post some images when I get home.
