    I'm heading out to the Tampa area for two weeks. Going to look at a couple cars while I'm there.

    Anyone recommend a good shop to do a PPI for me, in case I find a car I like?

    Looking at a 2003 360 F1 spyder.

    Hope that your search goes well for a 360 during your visit here. Might I also suggest contacting Martin at Cavallino Motors (he is a fellow FerrariChatter, and a sponsor too). He deals exclusively in Ferrari, and his contact info. can be found at www.4ferrari.com (located in Miami area). If he doesn't have any 360's in inventory, he may be able to give you some solid leads in addition to the cars already on your list.

    Also, I might also suggest posting this same question in the Florida Section here on FerrariChat, as the "locals" may be able to assist you better.

    if all fails, please contact kelly rogers, a dear friend of mine at Reeves Import Motorcars in Tampa. They are a Maserati dealer (among others) and hopefully a Ferrari dealer soon. They had a 360 spyder a few days ago. When calling mention the soccer coach from Clemson. I know the Reeves family very well, and Kelly is my friend as well.

    Dear Eric and Coachi,

    Thank you very much for your responses, and Eric especially for all the information!

    I won't have a ton of time while I'm in the area, as I'll be working. However I'll be able to check things out that are not too far away. I've been to Reeves before, and Sanzogni in Sarasota sounds like a good lead for a PPI.

    It would be funny if I bought a 360 in Florida to ship back to my California home, because I'm thinking of shipping one of my Porsches back to my condo in Florida!

    Where are you originally from? I grew up in Tampa, Reeves was a client of my dad's. I went to Jesuit High School.
