488 Does this happen when buying used?

I had an early 488 Spider, and never received one of the boxes.
Having said that. $1100.? Seriously?

 

If you didn't get one then they probably weren't available.
I have a friend who has purchased many new cars for FOS over the years. I will ask him also if he got one.

Yep, I thought the same thing.
Somebody must really love that box and they must hate letting it go.......

Or just the world we live in.

Ill sell my Pista box for $1100.

 

I have a old sneaker shoebox that I would let go for $1,100.
It is not much to look at but boy did I have fun in those shoes.

I would even give the new owner a picture of me wearing the shoes if they would like.
(But I would keep the extra pair of laces that came with the purchase).

Just saying.....

 

I received the box with my July 2018 488 GTB

 

There are those that even sell the hard cover book brochure ???? We get them for free at least if you have a Ferrari. I have a 488 GTB but I have a bout 12 others

 

Frankly speaking no one would really put their key in the box. Both my keys reside in a safe. Its more of a display .

True and it’s quite useless of a display actually. Lol. If you have a keychain- the key doesn’t fit quite right. Anyways, it’s a nice piece but nothing special.

more than zero chance if you are buying direct from the owner .. also i think you can buy them from MR models can even custom order one .. but i have never done it ..
probably 1/2 the original owners more or less never get the model from what i can see ..
