This is a link to my car being sold on BaT. I have what I feel is a modest reserve on the car, and know it has some flaws, such as the driver's side seat, and an older restoration. However, mechanically, it's in great shape, and with a few cosmetic upgrades, is ready for the next level.

I will do my best to answer any and all questions not already answered in the ad, but since others may have that question as well that may not be a subscriber here, ask that you post them on the BaT wedsite on the auction.

    Nice looking car.

Now that you are a member here, you should post it in the For Sale section of FChat should you not sell it on BAT.

Once it's on bring a trailer he can't ask anything other than for people to bid. He can't remove it from the auction. Now once the auction is over he can name his price.

I think he meant, what's the reserve price you have set for it?

I appreciate all the responses, and will definitely list it here if the reserve is not met. I'm going to wait a day or two before revealing the reserve. Thanks!

Well, do we guess where this ends up??

Man a good detailing in the engine and interior would have made her shine, that will cost you dearly...maybe.

But a fully serviced car, great curb appeal, I would not let them beat you up on the bumper chips or a rust bubble or two,
That's $1000 bucks at the Paint Shop I use, and everyone here as owners will agree "Part of Life" with these cars!

But the sunlight on black leather is an error in presentation.

$62K my guess, and it really should be more..

The 328/308, unless a special car is now pressed down by the nice 348s, 355s, 360s, all packing on top of it once you are spending that much.
    GLWS!

We are all rooting for lasting value in these fun machines....

I'm hoping it will pull 60K, but with the market, and what I've seen lately on auction sites, it's going to be tough. I've kept a low reserve on it, and will post it here if that reserve is not met.

So it says you purchased the car in 2019 and only put 400 miles on it- is that correct?

    GLWS

Yes, I did "receive" the car in 2019. I actually won it in a raffle, with the International Motor Racing Research Center in Watkins Glenn, NY. Although I won it, I've paid nearly 30K in taxes on it, and have a passion for old Meyers Manx dunebuggies. It's being sold to be able to restore a couple more buggies.

I just finished the auction, and it sold for 51K. Not the best day for a seller, and somebody is getting a hell of a deal. Hopefully he'll get on here and shows how he'll take it to the next level.
