Wowzers! Looks very cool For me personally it’s a bit loud but still think it looks great... maybe wait until the Covid &@£!£ settles down before cruising down Main Street in it
What's popping out of the profile image are the brake calipers and shield. Where do you want the attention? What ever the answer, that's where the primary contrast should go.
if i were to order my car custom, maybe id explore more unique color finishes for the wheel????? gold, bronze, brushed, or anything with color but not charcoal, dark grey or black wheels for me.
The eye is drawn to the yellow calipers. Painted shields are fine, I intend on ordering them. They are a great accessory but should not be a focal point imho Your 2nd post was about wheels. I think yellow calipers are destroying the stealthy look. If you stay with black wheels I'd go with black or gray calipers. If you look at silver wheel colors, then I would consider a different caliper color. Personally, I'd lighten the interior as well.
Totally agree. Here is one delivered in Monaco in Rosso Fuoco. I am on the list and waiting for allocation. This is pretty much how I am going to order the car. Image Unavailable, Please Login
I wrestled between a darker exterior color (to hide the rather thick lines from the roof mechanism) and something closer to the launch spec, which looked great in person. I am a fan of dark wheels but had the same concerns mentioned, so I compromised and went with the diamond wheel option. I also went for a bit more contrast on the interior by mixing alcantara and leather, including on the dash and doors. As you can see, I opted for Grigio GTS with ciaccolato interior. I’m pretty happy with how it turned out even though the build pdf doesn’t do it justice. No shields, silver wheels, silver callipers. dark blue/green/brown non metallic exterior. dark brown alcantara interior. No passenger display. No CF. sports seats. silver rev counter.
I saw pics of a vinaccia 599 GTO with gold/bronze wheels. I thought it was a really nice look. Assuming vinaccia and Rosso Maranello are somewhat similar, that might be a wheel option to look into. Maybe with black calipers? T
How did the diamond cut wheels look in person? I have them on mine and I am shipping soon so too late to change but curious if they read a little lighter in person.
Depends on the angle, which is what I liked about them. Straight on they appear lighter, while from an offset view it brings in the darker paint inside the wheels. I think you will be pleased.
Not even close. Rubino is very dark. Maranello is very bright. Sent from my SM-G930F using FerrariChat.com mobile app
